Are you a passionate graduate-level mental health counseling or social work student looking to gain hands-on, supervised experience in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive environment?

We are actively seeking a male therapist intern (preferably Black male, but all are welcome to apply) to join our team immediately to help us expand access to mental health services within our community.

🔹 Position Details:

Paid internship (rate discussed during interview).

Must see a minimum of 10 clients per week.

Flexible scheduling with evening and weekend availability preferred.

Weekly supervision provided by licensed clinicians.

Opportunity to lead/co-facilitate groups as interested.

Potential for continued employment upon graduation and licensure.

🔹 Requirements:
✅ Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
✅ Must be eligible for internship/practicum hours and carry liability insurance.
✅ Commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered, culturally sensitive care.
✅ Interest in working with men, youth, and families within underserved communities.
✅ Ability to begin as soon as possible.
