Business Development & Sales Intern (Digital Media & YouTube)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a sharp, driven Business Development & Sales Intern with a passion for the creator economy and digital media. In this role, you’ll work closely with our partnerships and strategy teams to identify new business opportunities, support sales efforts, and help media companies and creators grow their revenue and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and qualify potential partners in the digital media and creator space (YouTube channels, media publishers, content creators, etc.)

Assist with outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to schedule discovery calls and demos

Support pitch preparation with customized decks, audience data, and case studies

Analyze prospective client performance and identify monetization or growth opportunities

Track sales pipeline activity in CRM tools and maintain accurate lead and partner records

Help manage onboarding processes and ensure smooth handoffs to account teams

Monitor competitive landscape and surface trends in creator monetization and digital media partnerships

Collaborate cross-functionally with content, strategy, and analytics teams on growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field

Strong interest in YouTube, the creator economy, and digital business models

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills

Analytical mindset with comfort using tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving industry

Bonus: Familiarity with YouTube analytics, digital ad monetization (e.g., AdSense, brand partnerships, programmatic), or media sales
