We’re looking for a trailblazing AI & Workflow Optimization Intern who’s hungry to dive deep into the inner workings of a startup and uncover new ways to supercharge our team using the latest AI tools. If you’re obsessed with maximizing productivity, love tinkering with new software, and want to work with a crew of big-hearted innovators — this is your dream internship.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Work across multiple teams (research, operations, media/marketing, and more) to understand their workflows and identify areas for AI-powered automation improvement.
• Audit current processes (like our 30-hour landscape research pipeline) and suggest concrete ways to cut time, boost output, or increase quality.
• Experiment with and implement cutting-edge AI tools (think: prompt engineering, automation tools, task management integrations, etc.).
• Bring a systems-thinking mindset to how we work — and leave behind scalable solutions.
• Translate insights into actionable documentation and mini-training for team members.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• You already live and breathe AI tools — whether that’s ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, Perplexity, or automation via Zapier or Make.
• You love learning fast, testing things, and making scrappy prototypes to show what’s possible.
• You’re energized by working across departments, talking to people, and connecting the dots.
• You’re analytical and can break down a messy process into something that’s clear and streamlined.
• You’re excited to be hands-on in a startup — and want your work to actually matter.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience doing secondary research or landscape scanning (especially with AI assistance)
• A background or strong interest in media/marketing optimization
• Passion for solving big, meaningful problems with creative solutions
