Job Overview: 

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This role is flexible and open to full-time, part-time, or paid internship candidates depending on availability and experience. 

As a Real Estate Assistant, you will assist with day-to-day administrative operations, property management tasks, client communications, and project coordination. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in starting or growing their career in real estate. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and update property records and filing systems. 
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and clients. 
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and showings. 
  • Conduct market research and assist with reports and property analysis. 
  • Assist with Airbnb/property errands. 
  • Assist with managing and documenting progress & conditions of properties. 
  • Assist with marketing initiatives (i.e. secret shopping, comparable property visits, online listings, social media & etc.) 
  • Handle property needs, including but not limited to updating photos and managing supplier tasks. 
  • Assist in arranging and providing transportation for executives to meetings, appointments, and property site visits. 
  • Prioritize and coordinate all house-related tasks to ensure timely completion. 
  • Assist with property-related projects by handling errands for bids and material needs, including supplier coordination, visits, and sourcing or collecting samples. 
  • Handle miscellaneous errands as requested. 
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations across properties and houses.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. 
  • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online platforms. 
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. 
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset. 
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • College degree in related field 
  • Prior work or internship experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support is a plus. 
  • Must have access to reliable transportation. 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
