Bconscious Naturals is a skincare and wellness brand creating natural, herbal solutions for unwanted facial and body hair, dark spots, and skin care concerns. We empower women to feel confident in their skin.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to help launch campaigns, grow our online presence, and drive our first sales. Gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, email marketing, e-commerce growth, content creation, and influencer outreach.

Responsibilities:

Assist in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook campaigns, including basic ad setup and monitoring

Create social media content and visuals for skincare products

Support email marketing and customer retention campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo

Track campaign performance and generate reports

Help with micro-influencer outreach

Qualifications:

Current student or recent grad in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Digital Media

Passion for skincare/beauty

Familiarity with social media platforms and paid ads (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) or willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (like Klaviyo) or willingness to learn

Creative, self-motivated, organized

Perfect Candidate:

Loves beauty/skincare trends and natural products

Confident on social media and knows how to make engaging content

Has basic knowledge or strong interest in paid ads & email marketing

Highly organized, creative, and a great communicator

Excited to work in a start-up environment where every idea counts

Hours & Schedule:

10–20 hours per week for 3 months

Flexible schedule—work on your own time as long as deadlines are met

1–2 weekly check-ins (30–60 minutes each) via Zoom or Google Meet
