About Us
MycoSymbiotics Cooperative is a national network of mushroom growers, processors, and educators. We are building the Mycosymbiotics Information Network (MIN) — a digital platform delivering mushroom cultivation, value-added production, and culinary education. Founder William Padilla-Brown’s extensive teachings form the foundation of this curriculum, and we are seeking an intern to help bring these materials online.
Internship Overview
We are looking for a Curriculum & Training Content Intern to work closely with William Padilla-Brown at our Camp Hill, PA location (with flexibility to work remotely). The intern will be responsible for extracting, organizing, and digitizing Will’s lectures, notes, and recordings into structured lessons and modules that can be published on the cooperative’s new website and learning platform.
Responsibilities
Review, organize, and digitize training content from William Padilla-Brown.
Compile notes, slides, and recordings into structured, easy-to-follow lessons.
Support the development of four main MIN tracks: Producers, Processors, Consumers, and Homeschool/Youth.
Assist with editing written lessons, worksheets, and PDFs.
Collaborate with video production and web development interns to format and publish modules.
Maintain a content inventory and help design the curriculum flow (beginner → advanced).

Ideal Candidate
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Comfortable with digital tools (Google Docs, Canva, Airtable, or similar).
Interest in curriculum design, education, or knowledge management.
Passion for sustainability, fungi, or regenerative agriculture.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
