Job Title: Real Estate Financial Analyst Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Financial Analyst Intern to join our real estate office in Asbury Park. This internship blends financial analysis with basic property management support, offering hands-on exposure to real estate investment, development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building and updating financial models for acquisitions and property performance.

Help with underwriting deals and preparing investment reports.

Support day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant communications and vendor coordination.

Conduct market research and compile comparable property data.

Provide general support to the real estate office as needed.

Qualifications:

Interest in real estate, finance, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of financial modeling (Excel skills preferred).

Outgoing, aggressive, and proactive in approach.

Must be punctual, reliable, and eager to learn.

Local to Asbury Park area or able to commute in person.
