Culinary Student Internship - PAID Summer Internship/Job (focus on BAKING)
Positions are open for all levels of experience for a BAKER to join our team!
- A most unique culinary summer opportunity in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts, position will take place in the Kitchen of our 85-acre campus;
- This job is available to Undergraduate or Graduate level culinary student who is seeking to get real life cooking experience in a fast-paced environment;
- Candidate should be able to handle independent assignments and responsibility, our facility feeds on average 700 people, three meals a day plus numerous special events and theme meals throughout the summer;
- Culinary Students will work under the direct oversight of our executive chef to complete all assigned tasks and duties;
- Aid head chef in creating and receiving orders for the weekly menus;
- Help create menu items with whole, fresh ingredients to produce from-scratch dishes;
- Culinary Students will have the ability to offer suggestions to the menu and create their own meals and provide input and creativity to the overall summer dining experience;
- The ideal candidate will be high energy, fun and flexible.
