Based at the University of Washington - Buerk Accelerator, we're a fast-moving, early-stage startup building the creative brain behind viral videos.

 

📌 The Opportunity

We’re seeking motivated and curious interns who want to gain hands-on experience in a startup environment.
You’ll begin in Customer Discovery — learning how startups validate ideas with real users — and can later explore Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, HR, or other functions depending on performance and interest.

Perfect for students or recent grads in:

  • Business, Marketing, Communication
  • Psychology, Sociology, Economics
  • Finance, Accounting, Human Resources

 

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Phase 1: Customer Discovery(understanding why and what we are building)

  • Conduct outreach & 1:1 interviews with creators, marketers, brands
  • Write surveys & scripts to uncover pain points
  • Synthesize insights into reports and user personas
  • Help the product team translate insights into features

Phase 2: Functional Rotation (optional based on performance)

  • Marketing & Social Media: Draft campaigns, write posts, manage analytics
  • Sales & Partnerships: Support outreach, CRM updates, and deal tracking
  • Finance & Accounting: Help build financial models, track burn rate
  • HR & Operations: Assist with onboarding, intern management, or workflow improvements

📋 Position Details

  • Type: Unpaid, short-term internship
  • Duration: Sept–Feb 2026 (with possible extension)
  • Time: ~10 hours/week
  • Location: Hybrid (Seattle) or remote
