Spring 2026 3D Animation Intern

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic intern to join our team for a 3-month period, focusing on 3D animation, modeling, and visual effects. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of
3D product modeling and animation for video production. Within, you will get challenged in all aspects, from 3D modeling, product rigging, animation, lighting, post production, editing, vfx, and color grading.

Duration: 3 months Type: Full-time, paid. Location: On-site

Primary Responsibilities: 

• 3D product modeling
• Product animation and rigging
• Setting up scenes to drive the story
• Set up the rendering cue and parameters
• Video editing in either Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Develop and execute visual effects using After Effects and other software
• Integrate 3D renders into video content
• Design and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics
• Perform compositing tasks, including green screen keying and rotoscoping
• Create particle systems and simulations
• Assist with color grading and look development
• Support video shooting for various projects
• Perform basic to intermediate video editing tasks
• Assist in pre-production and post-production processes

3D Modeling and Animation

• Create and optimize 3D models for products, environments, and props
• Develop and apply textures
• Create and adjust materials for 3D models
• Assist in lighting setups and rendering processes
• Setup product scenes and animations
• Create keyframe animations and rigging of products and scenes
• Implement and refine rigs
• Integrate and clean up motion capture data

Skills and Knowledge to be Developed:

• Advanced 3D modeling, texturing, and animation techniques
• Object rigging
• Rendering
• Integration of 3D animation with compositing tools
• VFX and motion graphics creation
• Particle systems and physics simulations
• 3D camera tracking and match moving
• Shader creation and material development
• Rendering optimization and troubleshooting
• Efficient workflow practices and project organization

Requirements:

• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software
• Strong skills in compositing software (e.g., After Effects)
• Basic understanding of video editing principles
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Keyshot and/or Blender
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve
• Familiarity with node-based compositing concepts
