Internship | Delivery Support Intern | Jan- March 2026

Internship position reporting to a Program Manager, EMBA

The Delivery Support Intern will support the Degree Delivery Team by performing back-office and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of degree programs. Working closely with Program Managers and the Capstone Coordinator, the intern will assist with documentation, transcript preparation, program logistics, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Operations & Documentation: Support Program Managers in preparing materials, maintaining program documentation, master tracking sheets, and participant accounts; ensure all internal databases and shared folders are regularly updated and accurate.
  • Program Launch & Delivery: Assist in planning and executing program launches, including schedules, presentations, course materials (syllabi, schedules, resources), and participant folders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Academic Records Management: Prepare, format, and archive academic transcripts and related documents in line with institutional data management standards.
  • Capstone Project Coordination: Support the Capstone Coordinator with progress trackers, reports, jury schedules, evaluation templates, document control, and maintaining participant databases and archives.
  • Administrative & Technical Support: Provide logistical, administrative, and basic technical assistance to the Degree Delivery Team, including email templates, calendar invites, Zoom links, and learning platform updates.

Qualifications

  • University student, enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferably Junior or Senior) or in a graduate program, or Fresh Graduate
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Prompt and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Strong written and oral skills in English

Internship  Eligibility

  • Eligible candidates must be based in Qatar and possess valid documents (e.g. QID) for the entire duration of the internship. 
  • Eligible candidates must be available to commit to 20 working hours per week
  • Office attendance is mandatory (not open to remote work)
