Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facilities Support
Maintain an organized, efficient office environment
Order and track supplies; keep the kitchen and common areas stocked and tidy
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
Coordinate maintenance and service requests with vendors and building management
Administrative & Executive Support
Update and organize digital and physical files, databases, and shared drives
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and document preparation
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
Support vendor invoice tracking and expense reporting
Event Planning & Team Engagement
Assist in planning and coordinating company meetings, office events, and team-building activities
Support logistics for client visits and internal celebrations
Contribute creative ideas for improving employee engagement and office culture
Professional Development
Learn how business operations support real estate transactions and project success
Gain exposure to vendor management, budgeting, and client service
Participate in staff meetings and cross-departmental projects

Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, Communications, or a related field
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
