About the Internship
PerSoN Clinic is a digital mental health company building the future of holistic, outcome-based care. We combine behavioral science, technology, and research to improve how patients and clinicians stay connected beyond therapy sessions.
We are offering an Academic Internship designed for students who must complete a required practicum or internship for academic credit. This role is educational and non-billable, focused on learning, observation, research, and innovation — not revenue generation.What You’ll Learn & Do
This internship is structured as a training experience, closely aligned with your academic program.
Clinical & Practice Exposure
 

  • Shadow licensed clinicians and observe care delivery workflows
  • Learn how digital tools support therapy between sessions
  • Assist with non-billable group activities and patient engagement initiatives

Digital Health & Innovation
 

  • Support onboarding of clinicians and patients to the PerSoN platform
  • Participate in usability testing and product feedback sessions
  • Learn how technology, data, and outcomes intersect in mental healthcare

Research & Program Support
 

  • Assist with outcomes tracking, surveys, and engagement data
  • Contribute to program evaluation and quality-improvement initiatives
  • Support documentation and reporting for research or pilot programs

    • Psychology

    • Digital Health or related fields
  • Students who require an internship or practicum for academic credit
  • Curious, responsible, and eager to learn in a real-world health-tech environment
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems
     

Important Notes (Compliance & Academic Credit)
 

  • This is an unpaid internship, offered for academic credit only
  • Internship must be approved by your university or academic program
  • A learning agreement / supervision plan will be provided
  • Interns do not provide billable clinical services
  • Internship duration and schedule will align with your academic calendar

Compensation & Academic Structure
 

  • This is an academic internship for credit, approved by your university or academic program
  • Interns do not provide billable clinical services
  • A learning agreement and supervision plan will be provided
  • Educational stipend:
    • A modest monthly stipend ($500–$1,000/month) is provided to support learning-related expenses
    • The stipend is not tied to hours worked, productivity, or revenue
  • Internship schedule and duration will align with your academic calendar
  • We are looking for very good student with GPA above 3.7
