Hospitality Operations Intern

Job Description:

The Ridgefield Raptors are excited to offer a paid internship in Hospitality Operations! This position will assist with the group hospitality and food and beverage operations at all Ridgefield Raptors home games, softball camps, baseball camps, and other events as assigned. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate professional with all group contacts 
  • Assist with the event operations for all group bookings 
  • Oversee the timing of food and beverage service 
  • Serve as a liaison during group events 
  • Assist with hospitality planning 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Customer service experience 
  • Food experience preferred 
  • Experience leading a team 
  • Experience with Google apps (sheets, word, forms)

 

About the Ridgefield Raptors: 

Established in 2018, the Ridgefield Raptors are one of sixteen teams in the WCL. The West Coast League is a summer wood bat baseball league based in the Pacific Northwest and Canada. The league provides college eligible players the opportunity to work on their craft. The Raptors will typically play 30-32 home games plus possible playoff matchups. The Raptors have steadily grown since our inaugural season, seeing an average of 1,400 fans a night and roughly 45,000 throughout the entirety of our season. The Raptors prioritize growth from within and value individuals who will perform within the framework of the organization and have a strong will to grow as an individual and professional.
