FOUNDING INTERN — BUILD A LUXURY BRAND IN SOHO
ABOUT THE BRAND
Alberto Luzzi is an Italian-designed, New York–built jewelry house rooted in quiet luxury, craftsmanship, and identity. Our tagline — Wear Your Becoming — reflects our belief that jewelry marks personal evolution.
We recently opened our flagship store in SoHo, blending luxury retail with a private event space where we host curated gatherings, private appointments, and brand activations. We're building both a physical and digital brand in parallel, retail floor, e-commerce, content, and community.
This internship places you inside that build.

THE ROLE:
As an intern at Alberto Luzzi, you will support the founders across retail, e-commerce, and brand operations. This is a hands-on role designed to give real exposure to how a modern luxury brand functions day-to-day.
You will be trusted with responsibility and expected to operate with care, taste, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting in-store experience and daily retail operations
- Assisting with Shopify, product uploads, inventory, and order flow
- Supporting content creation, shoots, and social storytelling
- Assisting with events, private appointments, and brand activations
- Helping maintain elevated presentation standards across the store
- As capability and trust grow, responsibility grows.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Core Requirements:
- Student or recent graduate with interest in fashion, luxury, brand, or business
- Strong attention to detail and good judgment
- Comfortable taking initiative and learning quickly
- Interest in how retail, e-commerce, and brand intersect
- Professional presence and reliability
- NYC-based and able to work from our SoHo location
- No prior luxury experience required. Taste, effort, and curiosity matter more.
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
Compensation: Paid (hourly)
Schedule: 15–30 hours/week (flexible)
Growth: Opportunity to take on expanded responsibility and evolve into a longer-term role as the brand opens new locations and grows
