Operations Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This role will provide essential operational and administrative support to the CEO and Founder, working 5-10 hours per week from our Wilmington office. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain company records, including state and federal compliance documents.
- Manage administrative paperwork and ensure timely processing.
- Track bill payments and handle related financial administrative tasks.
- Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business functioning in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Background in Business Administration, with a focus in accounting and finance preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be readily available during business hours and committed to in-office work in Wilmington, NC.
