Business Development Intern (Golf Industry)

Location: Luxembourg (On-site / Hybrid)
Duration: 3–6 months (flexible)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern with a passion for golf to support our growth across multiple business lines. This role offers hands-on exposure to brick-and-mortar retail, e-commerce, and golf travel sales, making it ideal for someone who wants real-world experience in a niche, performance-driven industry.

You’ll work closely with senior team members and contribute directly to projects that impact revenue, customer experience, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales and business development efforts across:

Physical golf retail (brick & mortar)

Online golf store (e-commerce)

Golf travel and experience sales

Conduct market and competitor research within the golf industry

Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments

Analyze sales data and assist in performance reporting

Help improve sales processes and customer journeys (in-store and online)

Collaborate with marketing and operations on cross-functional initiatives

Profile We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field

Must be a golfer with a genuine interest in the golf industry

Comfortable discussing golf products, services, and customer needs

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Able to work independently while contributing to a team
