CICC Summer Intern-Equity Sales Trainee/Assistant

Description：

This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firm’s effort to serve client organizations, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: 

1. Maintaining client database to keep the information up to date and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts; 

2. Working closely with sales and research to highlight important daily research ideas and assisting sales with drafting daily sales distribution； 

3. Assisting sales and Legal & Compliance with collecting and updating client account materials； 

4. Bridging communications between public company and investors with necessary translation.

Qualifications：

1. Full-time postgraduate students (master’s degree or above) from domestic and overseas universities who are expected to graduate between September 2026 and August 2027; 

2. Economics or Finance majors preferred; 

3. Good understanding of sales and trading business, good command of both English and Chinese; 

4. Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm's products and services; 

5. Excellent academic credentials and achievement; 

6. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and have good communication; 

7. Strong passion for financial market and sales job.
