Position Overview

We are seeking a Research & Operations Intern to support our team on ongoing strategic and analytical projects. This role combines structured research, KPI tracking, operational coordination, and preparation of high‑quality internal and external reports.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to write professionally, including well‑structured emails, clear summaries, and properly cited research outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research with accurate, credible citations
  • Organize data and support the preparation of KPI dashboards and operational reports
  • Assist in drafting structured insights, summaries, and analytical briefs
  • Support team coordination and documentation for ongoing projects
  • Prepare professional emails, memos, and communication materials reflecting organizational standards
  • Perform competitor and market analysis relevant to assigned countries or sectors
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and internal process organization

 

Qualifications

  • University student or recent graduate in:
    Business, Economics, International Relations, Public Policy, Data/Business Analytics, Operations, or related fields
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy and credible sourcing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
    • Arabic or Spanish is a strong advantage
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional communication style, especially in writing.
  • Proactive, reliable, and self‑driven.

 

Location:

Dubai, UAE (hybrid option available)
