🎯 THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Financial Services Marketing & Advisor Intern, you will:

  • Begin the licensing process (with guidance and mentorship)
  • Learn how to educate families on financial fundamentals
  • Develop client acquisition and appointment-setting skills
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and brand growth
  • Participate in professional meetings and training sessions
  • Build your own pipeline under supervision

You will be mentored by licensed professionals and trained in real-world financial services.

💰 COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

This is a commission-only position once licensed.

Your income is directly tied to:

  • Client acquisition
  • Policy placement
  • Production
  • Leadership development

There is no income cap.

Students who are driven can build meaningful income while finishing their degree.

This is performance-based, not participation-based.

  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or other languages are a plus)
