Client Success Intern (Customer Success / SaaS)
 

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma (Onsite)
Duration: 4–6 months (Paid)

What you’ll do:

  • Support clients by understanding their needs and use cases
  • Assist in managing client requests, tickets, and follow-ups
  • Work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Help onboard new clients and guide them through the platform
  • Track client feedback and suggest improvements
     

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Interest in working with clients, products, and technology
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
     

Nice to Have:

  • Basic understanding of SaaS products or software systems
  • Experience with tools like ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk)
  • Background in Business, IT, or related fields
