Client Success Intern (Customer Success / SaaS)
Location: Edmond, Oklahoma (Onsite)
Duration: 4–6 months (Paid)

What you’ll do:
- Support clients by understanding their needs and use cases
- Assist in managing client requests, tickets, and follow-ups
- Work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to resolve issues
- Help onboard new clients and guide them through the platform
- Track client feedback and suggest improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Interest in working with clients, products, and technology
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of SaaS products or software systems
- Experience with tools like ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk)
- Background in Business, IT, or related fields
