Contract Analyst Intern
The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates (The League) is looking to hire a Contract Analyst Intern for CUVM, our vendor management company. Would you like to gain valuable work experience with an employer of choice where you can enjoy a great work culture in a team environment?
We are looking for a Contract Analyst Intern to collect due diligence documents including applicable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for credit unions using the CUVM software and manage the CUVM document request portal. Maintain all records for NDAs for vendors and track return of NDAs.
You Will Take Ownership Of:
- Contact credit union vendors to collect all due diligence materials.
- Update the CUVM portal for correspondence with vendors.
- Serve as a contact for all vendors throughout the due diligence gathering.
- Manage all incoming vendor documentation for dates, accuracy, and completion of the checklist.
- Develop innovative methodologies for CUVM software; note trends.
- Consistently work with the CUVM team to review documentation.
- Work with Contract Management Analysts to ensure all timeframes are being met.
- Scan and upload signed and completed contracts to the system.
- Ensure all completed NDAs are loaded accurately for the appropriate vendors and monitored promptly.
- Manage receipt or non-receipt of documents NDAs in the CUVM software including notes and communication with vendors.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2- or 4-year degree in progress
- Ability to work effectively in a Microsoft Office environment, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job.
- Strong communication skills verbal and written.
- The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
- Strong aptitude for service.
- Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Prior credit union or financial services experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of the history, development, and philosophy of the credit union movement.
Work Schedule:
As a Contract Analyst Intern, you can anticipate working a minimum of 20 hours onsite, Monday through Friday.
